All shipments must be paid in full prior to shipping. Shipment will be sent to your door via FedEx. Shipping rates are available upon request and do not include a $7 handling charge per box. We do guarantee our koi on purchases for a period of 72 hrs. If any problems arise please contact us within this timeframe for the warranty to take effect.
